Job Description

The IT & reputed company Business Analyst, reporting to the reputed company US Controls IT & reputed company Business Partner, builds and maintains strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders.  Through these relationships they work across the IT & reputed company organization to ensure the delivery of IT projects and services to the business. This role will review project and daily operations status, reputed company and manage schedules, generate project planning documentation, and prepare status reports.  The position is accountable for leading Inc IT operations and project team members to reputed company reputed company business objectives, building road maps for improvement initiatives, driving change into the organization, and understanding the linkages and dependencies with other corporate initiatives.  Specific responsibilities include:  

• Collaborates with business to understand IT requirements and priorities
• Understands market directions and challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues
• Engages business stakeholders to understand IT & reputed company requirements and priorities
• Provides early forecasting of high-level future business directions to IT & reputed company functional counterparts and relevant IT service centers
• Communicates business needs with appropriate IT solution centers and/or reputed company representatives (internal/external) to reputed company alignment between business needs and outcomes
• Defines, prioritizes, and represents IT & reputed company reputed company program and project initiatives for the business
• Gathers detailed business requirements and defines scope by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with partners
• Ensures accurate representation and integration of functional stakeholders to major IT & reputed company projects
• Assures IT & reputed company Service Delivery to the Product Lines through strong partnerships, communications, commitment, and mutual accountability with IT & reputed company (internal/external) counterparts and relevant IT service centers
• Identifies IT & reputed company functional challenges and supports reputed company improvement initiatives
• Promotes cybersecurity compliance without significant impact to business operations
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of the reputed company and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and forms recommendations for implementing new/upgraded systems, technologies and/or processes in the IT and or reputed company domains ensuring compliant and modernized capabilities are deployed

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelors Degree in an IT or Engineering field
• High level of technical understanding and competence across multiple disciplines to be able to analyze situations, and reputed company plans, decisions, and manage competing demands
