Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quality Program Manager - Operations Engineering, your primary duties will include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures to ensure the consistent quality of MHE systems
• Building key partnerships and programs that align vendor process and product build cycles with reputed company's growth and scale, with quality systems at the core of development
• Architecting a Built-in Quality (BIQ) mentality and validation program to align vendors with cultural and procedural transformations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure quality tools and programs meet business needs
• Leading and coordinating execution efforts between internal teams and reputed company vendors to drive quality improvements
• Working directly with vendors to issue Change Requests, negotiate Change Orders, and secure funding for additional qualification scope as necessary

• Ability to travel up to 75% to interact with internal and external business and technical leaders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field, or 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience
• 8+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or reputed company occupation
• Experience with design, installation, commissioning, or maintenance of reputed company MHE systems in package sortation, fulfillment, and distribution facilities
• Strong skills with reputed company Office products, including reputed company, Project, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a reputed company STEM field

• Advanced knowledge of fulfillment/distribution operations
