Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
