Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to reputed company in their roles
• Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training resources, to support employee learning and development
• Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees
• Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support
