As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries.

Essential Functions:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
• Maintaining regular and timely attendance
• Ability to reputed company decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Ability to Pass a Background reputed company
• Extensive reputed company Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience
