What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support reputed company calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical information to ensure resolution of reputed company cases
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Meeting team KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Securing customers' sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
- Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track support cases
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
To reputed company as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent German and English language skills (reputed company level)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain effective communication
- Independent and proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
