Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce, leveraging your expertise in forecasting, root-cause analysis, and data visualization to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
- Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics
* reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company analyses and build/maintain reports
- Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve as needed
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with reputed company data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members
We're Looking for Someone with:
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
- Experience with SQL and R or Python

* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
