Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real impact on our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Schedule and Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly reputed company of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of provisional employment
- 2 weeks paid time off per year, plus paid holidays

Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
