The Role

As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate cost-effective and comprehensive global reputed company planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed. Your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, and team leadership will be essential in driving business results and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and deliver contact forecasts that drive accurate reputed company planning and improve customer service levels

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in data analysis and team leadership
• Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
• Ability to reputed company successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of reputed company work experience

• Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization
