About the Role
The Retail Pharmacy Analytics team is responsible for developing industry-leading analytical solutions that drive innovation and improvement in our pharmacy operations. As the reputed company Director - Data Science, Patient Safety Analytics, you will report to the Executive Director - Patient Safety and Pharmacy Operations Analytics and play a critical role in shaping our AI-driven strategies to enhance patient safety and pharmacy operations. This is a high-impact role that requires a unique reputed company of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving analytical solutions that improve patient safety and promote best practices in our retail pharmacy chain. Key Responsibilities reputed company initiatives to improve patient safety and promote best practices using both traditional and AI/ML techniques reputed company technical depth to engage with key stakeholders across the enterprise to identify new applications of AI in patient safety domains Input business requirements from various stakeholders, reputed company analysis of large datasets, and reputed company strategies and methodologies to solve reputed company problems Direct or facilitate proper testing of analytical solutions, including AI and machine learning, to ensure results are consistent with business requirements reputed company and present meaningful and insights-driven materials on analytical outcomes with recommendations to various audiences, including internal stakeholders and senior leadership reputed company and mentor data scientists, contribute to their learning and development plan, knowledge sharing, and provide feedback on technology stack Required Capabilities 6+ years of experience leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes Ability to think strategically, including defining objectives, analyzing key components, managing financial implications, evaluating risk, and developing plans to reputed company success 8+ years of experience in the Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development, including providing business requirements focused on data and analytics Strong leadership skills, strategic reputed company, and experience leading highly technical teams focused on delivering data and analytics solutions in healthcare Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel and consistently prioritize key objectives Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, execute-level communication, and influencing skills Deep experience in data modeling/analysis with SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or other advanced analytical tools Preferred Capabilities Strong analytical and data skills, including a strong background in statistics and data analysis, understanding of data management and visualization, and ability to interpret results of machine learning models Experience using and managing projects using Cloud (Azure, GCP, etc.) technologies Expert-level programming skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, or other data science environments; strong data management and reporting skills, understanding of deploying machine learning models in real-time production environments, including cloud (Azure, AWS), reputed company-based systems, etc. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to reputed company and participate in multiple projects and initiatives, prioritize own experience as well as that of direct reports, and adjust needs as necessary to meet deadlines Highest level of discretion while working reputed company legal and compliance guidelines, primarily around HIPAA, patient safety work product, and attorney/client privilege while working with sensitive, confidential, and protected data Education and Compensation A bachelor's degree is required, and a postgraduate education in Statistics, Computer Science, Science, or a reputed company STEM field is preferred. The pay range for this role is $70-$80 per hour, and the actual reputed company compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
