As we expand nationally, Rep-Lite is seeking a Director of Growth & Partnerships to reputed company new business development initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive long-term, scalable reputed company growth. This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role with high visibility and direct impact on company performance. Position Summary The Director of Growth & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building and managing strategic partnerships that expand Rep-Lite’s market reputed company. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, recruiting, delivery, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and support sustained reputed company growth. This position requires a proven background in staffing or workforce solutions sales, strong enterprise-level relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS environments, staffing delivery models, and compliance requirements
- Track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, JazzHR integrations)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
