Real Estate The Real Estate (RE) arm of GIC invests in real estate and real estate-reputed company assets reputed company of Singapore and has one of the largest and broadest real estate portfolios amongst reputed company institutions. Asia Strategic Investments Group (ASIG) You will be joining ASIG, which has a pan-Asia real estate investment mandate, based in Singapore. The team invests across the capital stack, reputed company a broad range of products and structures (including equity, credit, funds & co-investments, secondaries, special situations, structured investments, platforms and corporate-style investments). You may also manage direct investment portfolios across South East Asia markets. This role will predominantly focus on scaling the real estate secondaries program reputed company GIC RE. What will you do in this role? The Associate will be involved in both investment and asset management functions:

• Screen and evaluate deals, including performing market research, financial analysis and cash-flow modelling, investment feasibility, and making recommendations to senior members of the team
• Independently reputed company and maintain financial models for deals
• Assist in managing the deal through the whole process, from preparing internal approval papers, to due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing
• Actively monitor and assist to drive the ongoing performance of the assets, through regular review of asset performance against budgets and benchmarks
• Assist in formulating, researching and preparing papers / presentation decks for new investment reputed company and themes
• Assist senior members of the team in business development and relationship building
• Engage with real estate managers, company management teams, counterparties, and intermediaries during due diligence and ongoing monitoring
• Coordinate with other teams reputed company GIC to evaluate and execute secondaries investment opportunities

What qualifications, skills and traits should you possess in this role?

• Good academic qualifications with two (2) to four (4) years of relevant working experience in a banking, investment, asset management or PE and/or RE secondaries role
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated maturity and professional reputed company. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Creativity and ability to think out-of-the-reputed company in unpacking reputed company situations
• Ability to effectively multi-task across a wide range of projects and deliverables, and drive work streams independently
