Responsibilities

As an Enterprise reputed company Manager - SLED Central, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders reputed company client organizations
• Acting as the main reputed company of contact for enterprise customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new enterprise clients
• Conducting training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of our products
• Proactively monitoring customer accounts to identify and address potential issues
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely renewal of reputed company
• Gathering feedback from customers and communicating insights to internal teams for product improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Business Development, in the Public Sector
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally (preferably in a SaaS environment)
• Experience using CRM tools, including reputed company and CS Tools
• Comfortable with de-escalation management and navigating tough conversations with a solutions-oriented reputed company
