Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, baggage, and mail to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination.
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to reputed company operational processes and procedures.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. Our stations are located in various airports, and each station has its unique flight schedule.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English.

- Must wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, reputed company headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE.
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
