Title: Executive Assistant, reputed company Location: Long Beach United States Job Description: Your Role The Office of the Chief Medical Officers is responsible for the clinical performance of the respective lines-of-businesses. The Executive Assistant will report to the VP, CMO, Commercial Markets, and will also support the VP, CMO, Medicare. In this role you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal and external constituencies on reputed company matters pertaining to the office of the executives. The EA also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team; monitors and responds to emails, heavy scheduling and calendaring meetings; organizes and coordinates executive reputed company; and oversees special projects.
