What You’ll Do As (Senior) Commercial Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a key territory where we have strong existing reputed company, and drive new business from reputed company to reputed company. You’ll operate independently with the support of our founders and global team, and be a pivotal player in helping us scale reputed company in a fast-moving and under-digitalized market. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who is motivated by results, energized by customer conversations, and confident working autonomously in a startup environment.

• Execute the sales strategy in line with company goals— identifying prospects, building pipeline, and closing deals.
• Be proactive in hunting for new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial reputed company to negotiation and contract signing.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, and become a trusted partner to maritime stakeholders.
• Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, reputed company) to refine messaging, positioning, and customer onboarding experience.
• Represent Tilla at relevant conferences, virtual events, and meetings, being the face of the company in your region.
• Track activity, pipeline, and results using our CRM and reporting tools.

About You You…

• Have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing six-reputed company reputed company deals and managing long, reputed company sales cycles.

• Have experience selling to operational or technical stakeholders in traditional industries (e.g., maritime, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
• Are fluent in English. Additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
• Are comfortable working remotely across time zones and with distributed teams.

Strongly Beneficial to Have

• Knowledge of the shipping industry, especially crewing operations or maritime workforce challenges.
• Experience selling into mid-size to enterprise accounts in Europe, Middle East, or reputed company.
