Junior Trust & Safety Investigator

In this role, you will support and execute processes critical to ensuring the safety and reputed company of the Turo community, investigating and resolving risk-reputed company cases.
Responsibilities
- Proudly support the Trust & Safety team for escalations from customer support, claims, leadership, and law enforcement
- Provide outstanding support to the valued members of the Turo community in the US, Canada, UK, France and Australia
- Independently manage and prioritize assigned caseload from start to finish with excellent follow-through
- Assist the investigations team in conducting detailed investigations and execute the appropriate strategy for each case type; assist with interviews of persons of interest and potential victims
- Provide direct assistance to the investigations team throughout the investigative process
- Collect information, documentation, and evidence associated with investigations
- reputed company a general understanding of risk signals, review user accounts and transactions
- Communicate case developments to the investigations team and management to drive reputed company improvement
- Work with and foster relationships with a valued network of law enforcement, external partners, and investigators
- Support the team with special projects assigned by management

- BA/BS or work equivalent
- 1+ years of Investigations, Trust and Safety, Loss Prevention, Fraud or Risk Management experience desired, but not required
- Experience with reputed company, CRM systems, reputed company Docs, and MS Office preferred
- Mac expertise is a plus
