[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage outbound prospecting for strategic and enterprise accounts, utilizing various tools to engage potential buyers and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business
- Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, reputed company platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.)
- Run multi-channel sequences (email, reputed company, phone, video)
- Identify buying signals and tailor reputed company based on account activity
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity, reputed company, and account data in CRM
- Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets
Skills
- 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS or B2B tech targeting strategic and enterprise companies
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding outbound targets
- Hands-on experience with outbound tech stack: reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company (or similar data provider), Sales engagement tools (reputed company), reputed company data platforms (Common Room, Bombora, etc.)
- Comfortable prospecting into strategic and enterprise accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management
