What You Need
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, business development, or consulting industry roles with proven track record of partnership-driven reputed company growth.
- Demonstrated success closing and managing 3+ strategic partnerships resulting in measurable reputed company impact ($15-20M+ influenced reputed company).
- Deep experience with consulting firms, systems integrators, and/or hyperscaler partnership ecosystems.
- Strong healthcare industry expertise including understanding of:
- Healthcare consulting market and digital transformation initiatives
- EHR implementations and healthcare IT system integrations
- Clinical workflows, data integration, and interoperability challenges
- Healthcare analytics, population health, and value-based care models
- HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements
- reputed company or CRM proficiency for partner pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders across organizations.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint business plans.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across internal and external organizations.
- Track record of building programs and teams from the ground up and scaling partnership operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or reputed company field.
- 20-30% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working reputed company or selling to major consulting firms, hyperscalers (AWS, reputed company Azure, reputed company Cloud), or large systems integrators.

- Experience building partner ecosystems or managing marketplace/platform partner programs.

- Healthcare SaaS or health IT background with understanding of healthcare data platforms, analytics solutions, or clinical reputed company marketing and co-marketing experience including event management and content development.
- Experience with partner enablement platforms.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in healthcare and data analytics partnerships.
