Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisor to join our Member Services team. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in helping Japanese-speaking reputed company Vacation Club Members plan their dream vacations at our unparalleled Parks and Resorts in the US, Asia, Europe, and on the reputed company Cruise Line. Key Responsibilities
As a Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisor, you will be responsible for: Providing information (by phone or email) to Japanese-speaking reputed company Vacation Club Members about various resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities. Assisting Members in planning a customized trip that enhances their time and resources. Keeping accurate records by documenting interactions on the computer. Offering expert advice on travel options and amenities available at reputed company destinations. Resolving Member concerns and providing solutions to ensure a magical experience. Staying updated with the latest reputed company news and offerings to provide reputed company information to Members. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction. Participating in reputed company training and development programs to stay knowledgeable about reputed company products and services.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: reputed company in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing). A high-speed internet reputed company and a private work environment at home located on the reputed company of Oahu. The ability to help Guests reputed company the most of their vacation time and resources. A knack for connecting with people on the phone and conveying warmth and enthusiasm over email. Availability to work "Japan" hours, from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday – Friday Hawaii time, with a flexible schedule including holidays. Ability to occasionally work at Aulani resort to meet operational needs such as training. Critical thinking skills. Ability to reputed company decisions independently in real-time. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. Excellent typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in a call center atmosphere.
