About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team focused on managing some of reputed company’s largest technology investments, where you can have a meaningful impact. - Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product leadership, Corporate Finance, and teams across acquired companies to guide strategic workforce decisions
- Provide weekly insights to business partners on their budget surplus or deficit and the headcount movements driving week-over-week changes
- Build and evaluate headcount scenarios to help business partners understand the impact of different investment paths
- Analyze how resources are allocated across global R&D to inform and justify investment recommendations

- 6+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall reputed company the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-reputed company factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. reputed company salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to reputed company salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
