Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute implementation projects for new customers, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during onboarding, guiding customers through configuration and initial product use
- Deliver training sessions and provide resources to support effective adoption
- Identify and resolve technical or process issues during implementation in collaboration with internal teams
- Document reputed company and provide clear status updates for each implementation
- Proactively escalate risks or blockers to maintain a smooth customer experience
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or similar roles in SaaS or technology training environments
- Experience coordinating projects and delivering customer training
- Understanding of software adoption processes and best practices for onboarding
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and project management platforms
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving reputed company
- Collaborative approach reputed company working with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales)
