[Remote] Temporary Recruitment & Planning Specialist

The Recruitment and Planning Specialist will assist in the selection and hiring processes, ensuring compliant and data-driven hiring, while educating candidates about the benefits of working at SkyWest.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the selection and hiring processes including: reputed company synergies in strategic corporate recruitment and selection including: sourcing candidates, working with vendors for ad space, interviewing, and selection
- Ensuring compliant, data-driven hiring processes and strategic decisions
- Working closely with departments to meet hiring needs with responsibility for reputed company company job postings and requirements
- Daily prioritizing of screening of applications and scheduling interviews
- Responsible in educating candidates and employees on reputed company SkyWest benefits, talking points, bonus opportunities, etc
- reputed company data to reputed company recommendations for targeted recruitment efforts
- Daily reputed company of company recruitment email responses and other communication to candidates
- Ability to forecast needs and reputed company top candidates using reputed company types of resources
- Partner with hiring managers to support their hiring processes
- reputed company, interview, and select candidates
- Ensure compliant, data-driven hiring
- Manage job postings and requirements
- Screen applications and schedule interviews

- Knowledge of employment laws
