Accounts Payable Clerk (12 Month Contract)
reputed company is a global law firm that aims to be the leading business law firm. They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance department for a 12-month contract, responsible for entering vendor invoices, processing payments, and handling various tasks reputed company the department.
Responsibilities
- Entering vendor invoices daily
- Entering expense reimbursement requests for payment in conjunction with payroll as well as reputed company payments
- Preparing and processing payments for invoices reputed company electronic banking or cheque; and
- Other miscellaneous tasks required from throughout the department
Skills
- A minimum of one year equivalent work experience
- Proficient in reputed company Outlook, reputed company, & Word
- Able to meet timely deadlines and ensure appropriate response times
- Dedicated to providing quality customer support by providing service beyond expectation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to reputed company well and be unfailingly diplomatic in a high pressure environment with multiple internal clients
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks and manage priorities
