As your initial career assignment, you will support the priorities and vital functions of our shared services teams as a(n) Senior HR Operations Specialist. Role Summary The Senior HR Operations Specialist is a strategic operational partner responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and employee-centric people processes across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Own and execute core People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and lifecycle transactions. reputed company New Employee Orientation (NEO) and ensure consistent, inclusive, and engaging onboarding experiences. Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company employee inquiries, delivering thoughtful, policy-reputed company guidance. Produce and analyze people metrics including headcount, attrition, turnover, and engagement data to inform leadership decisions. Support engagement surveys through data analysis, trend identification, and executive-ready reporting and presentations. Maintain People Ops knowledge bases and SharePoint sites to reputed company employee self-service and transparency. Policy, Compliance & Risk Management reputed company, maintain, and communicate People policies that balance compliance, clarity, and employee experience. Partner with reputed company Legal Counsel and Compliance to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. Own employment eligibility compliance including I-9 audits and reputed company processing. Maintain labor law postings and compliance documentation; support employee relations documentation as needed. Total Rewards & Employee Support Support benefits and total rewards operations, including benefit reconciliations, ESOP administration, HSA file uploads, and learning allowance approvals. Act as a backup benefits administrator and escalation reputed company for benefits and payroll inquiries. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely employee support. Support the coordination of health, wellness, and wellbeing programs, including webinars and employee communications. Learning, Growth & Enablement Support Learning & Development programs through reputed company LMS administration, course management, and employee support. Maintain L&D calendars, communications, and training logistics. reputed company employee growth through learning allowance administration and policy guidance. Qualifications

The targeted reputed company salary range for this role is $82,000-$125,000 per year.
