Key Responsibilities

• Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage platform, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products
• Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving problems and creating a positive customer experience
• Maintain high performance metrics, including reputed company per call, quality, availability, and dependability, and continuously strive for improvement

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Great typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Reliable internet reputed company, with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or reputed company, and a private, dedicated workspace that promotes confidentiality
• Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
