Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our largest and most valued customers, including wholesale, regional, and retail accounts. This role will utilize the Order to Cash process to drive order deliverables, ensuring timely and complete delivery of crucial medicines to customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries reputed company to shipping, pricing discrepancies, and product returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of high-profile customer orders and samples, including order entry, order status, document creation, order release tracking, and reporting for various order types.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
