In this exciting role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, handling approximately 80-100 in-bound and out-bound client calls daily. You will be responsible for obtaining and documenting incidents, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting reputed company set ratios. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary communication links with clients, following department procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle in-bound and out-bound client calls, obtaining and documenting incidents, and performing a variety of tasks
• Meet reputed company set ratios, respond to problem/critical situations, and adapt to company/department changes
• Utilize call monitoring, multitasking, and meeting skills to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Skills
