Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for calling leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call. You'll use a script to qualify the customer, confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a reliable computer, headset, and internet reputed company, as well as a dedicated quiet workspace.
Key Responsibilities
