Job Summary

As a Behavioral Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing assistance with website registration and navigation. You'll work closely with our members and providers to resolve issues, address concerns, and offer solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status, responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner

  • Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers reputed company established timeframes, utilizing reputed company reference materials and available resources
  • Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation, ensuring seamless access to our online platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues, address concerns, and offer solutions that meet the needs of our members and providers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle a wide range of customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 1 year of healthcare call center experience, with a focus on behavioral or crisis calls
  • A strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems

Pay and Schedule

* Hourly reputed company: $19.00

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am-8:30 pm CST (30-minute lunch, 2 15-minute breaks)
  • Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
