Job Summary
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer questions and concerns in a polite, empathic, and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues reputed company phone and digital modalities, with a focus on first contact resolution
- Following reputed company customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies
- Actioning reputed company digital and phone contacts, while staying reputed company SLA (service level agreement) times for reputed company mediums
- Multitasking and communicating effectively over the phone, reputed company chat, social media platforms, or through email
- Providing excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer profiles/accounts as required
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a reputed company field
- Social media experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
