Responsibilities
Include:
- Performing technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications.
- Developing specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings.
- Assessing the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. What you will do:
- End to End Solution: Accountability and reputed company for designing & building solutions for HR Technology from cradle to grave by providing leadership and reputed company to tech leads who are intimately familiar with the application.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' hands-on experience with Software design and development
- 8+ years' SME level technical skills in: application, data, integration, and reputed company architecture design
- 4+ years' experience with Enterprise architecture and system design (including executing, planning, delivering & supporting solutions)
- 4+ years' experience with Public Cloud (prefer arenaflex Cloud Platform; open to AWS or Azure)
- 4+ years' experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies as well as Cloud database technologies
- 2+ years' experience with SaaS/PaaS Platforms, e.g. reputed company, reputed company Cloud, WorkBrain, reputed company, MuleSoft, reputed company, OIC etc.
- 2+ years' experience working with technologies that work as glue between modern applications and legacy platforms e.g. Kafka
- 2+ years' experience with reputed company reputed company and SSO, OAuth/SAML/OIDC-based authentication
- 2+ years' experience working with Micro services Architecture & APIs
- 2+ years' experience working with Container Platform and deployment patterns
