reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their North American Human Resources Contact Center AskHR Team. The role involves providing customer service-oriented support, managing sensitive information, and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries from employees and third parties.
Responsibilities
- Supports AskHR Contact Centre
- Responsible for providing reputed company and accurate responses to employees and third parties in a clear, consistent and professional manner
- Manage sensitive and confidential information
- Complete employee and third party requests generating outputs: faxes, EV letters, file requests, tax & pay statement requests, etc
- Consolidate employee records, manager files, payroll files (reputed company & electronic), etc
- Miscellaneous Admin tasks
