Conflicts Team Analyst

Macquarie Group is a global financial reputed company operating in 31 markets and offers an opportunity for individuals interested in financial markets as a Conflicts Team Analyst. The role involves managing conflict checks for transactions, collaborating with various teams to mitigate conflict of interest risks, and maintaining strong relationships across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business teams across firm divisions (e.g., MacCap, CGM, MAM, BFS) to manage the conflict reputed company process for each transaction to ensure any potential issues are identified, escalated, and resolved
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with other teams such as Business reputed company Compliance, Control Room, Credit, Financial Crimes, ESG, and Legal to collaborate on managing conflict of interest risk
• Monitor and update the status of previously cleared high risk transactions and provide advice and input into relevant system implementations and ongoing enhancements to ensure data is effectively managed across the deal lifecycle

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with a wide group of professionals geographically dispersed at different levels of seniority across the firm
• Demonstrate a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision making
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with high sense of urgency
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Strong sense of discretion with respect to highly confidential information
