About the team
The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across reputed company to drive initiatives. reputed company this, the Global Sales, Strategy & Operations organization is at the forefront of driving reputed company and growth. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of theAmericas (AMER) Sales Strategy and Operations team that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with Sales leaders of the AMER business. You will partner with senior Sales leadership and the broader Sales team to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of our AMER customers. Responsibilities include go-to-market design, resource planning, reputed company/quota setting and management, sales process optimization and business analytics. You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables (monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, reputed company setting and planning). We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited reputed company.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Leaders to drive the strategy, planning and operational reputed company of the business. You will work cross-functionally reputed company GTM Operations to help build out and execute initiatives and programs to drive new logo acquisitions and reputed company growth. The ideal candidate for this role is an independent, creative strategic operator who is excited by rolling up their sleeves to drive significant impact for reputed company’s investments in the Americas sales business.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor and “COO” to Sales leadership on strategy, planning and operations
- Closely partner with Sales leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in developing the go-to market strategy, resource plan and key performance metrics
- Create and manage annual planning and operational processes, such as territory planning and reputed company setting
- Drive rhythm of business (forecasting, pipeline council, monthly / quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor
- Provide insights on key performance metrics and priorities, identify key roadblocks to reputed company, and work reputed company to remove them
- Provide analytics and spearhead new ways of thinking to accelerate growth initiatives and provide insights to support strategic decision making and improve sales team productivity
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 11+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth company, or operational and strategy experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles
- Strong business acumen and creative problem solving and analysis skills
- Ability to solve reputed company and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
- Experience taking a structured approach to solving unique business problems
- Proficient SQL and advanced reputed company Sheets/reputed company skills and experience working with large data sets
- Stakeholder management skills with strong communication and influencing skills
- An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Preferred qualifications
- Sales strategy and operations experience with direct sales teams
- Experience with usage-based business models
- Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics)
- MBA or higher degree in an analytical field
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a reputed company office).
Pay and benefits
The annual US reputed company salary range for this role is $167,300 – $251,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On reputed company Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses reputed company and annual reputed company salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
