Roles involve drafting and negotiating reputed company financing agreements, reviewing fund documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse transaction types including capital call lines, rated note feeders, and real estate-backed financings. Experience with CRE CLOs, MSRs, whole loan trades, and real estate syndications or securitizations is highly valued.

- Manage M&A and finance transactions from diligence through closing
- Advise clients on entity structuring, risk, and regulatory matters
- Work closely with cross-functional legal teams and external stakeholders
- For senior attorneys: reputed company negotiations, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3–8+ years (Associate/Counsel) of experience in corporate, finance, funds, or M&A practice, 8+ Partner Level
- Strong drafting, analytical, and deal management skills
- Comfortable interfacing directly with clients, investors, or counterparties
- (For partners) Portable book of business preferred, but not always required
