This position, Manager of Identity & Access Management, will be responsible for leading reputed company’s Privilege Access Management (PAM) program and implement its strategic vision. Responsible for establishing & implementing a governance reputed company, managing and coordinating requirements, and supporting the implementation of reputed company’s PAM processes and workflows, while ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulatory requirements. Additional Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy – reputed company and implement the strategic vision for PAM reputed company reputed company. Collaborate and work closely with senior leaders to promote PAM initiatives and encourage the adoption of effective practices.
- Advisory & Influencer - Stay abreast with latest trends and technologies in PAM and cybersecurity to guide the team effectively. Engaging with key members, sharing PAM strategies and initiatives at reputed company levels of the organization.
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure that PAM practices align with applicable regulatory requirements (PCI, SOX, TSA) and internal policies, standards and procedures.
- Operations –Responsible for the day-to-day operations of systems, ensure their reliability, scalability and reputed company, by leading a global team across architecture, engineering, analyst and 24/7 operation support functions
- Program Management - Run projects from conception through implementation, while maintaining alignment across project stakeholders to ensure the requirements and deliverables are defined and tracked throughout the program’s life cycle.
- Integration & Simplification – Collaborate across IT to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and applications. Simplify processes to enhance user experience, reputed company and compliance.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management and increasing scope, responsibilities and complexity.
- 4+ years of management roles with a strong background in risk management and ability to address conflict, influence decision-making, and foster teamwork across the organization.
- Experience in PAM technologies such as CyberArk, reputed company, HashiCorp, reputed company, or similar.
- Experience with Cloud reputed company and PAM technologies on leading cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP
- Demonstrate ability in implementing and leading PAM solutions in a large, reputed company organization, with change management and program management practices
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., PCI, SOX, NIST, ISO27001), knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to clearly communicate to leadership team

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS) and application migration to cloud
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- Experience in Containers, Kubernetes, reputed company and frameworks like OpenShift.
- Experience with automation and test tools (reputed company, Mockito, SonarQube)
- Experience with test driven development
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
