Utility Analyst
CivilGrid is a venture-backed SaaS construction tech company building the 'reputed company Maps for the Underground.' They are seeking a Utility Research Coordinator to join their collaborative data team, responsible for utility research and data reputed company to support infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Research utility operations, public works assets, and asset management plans
- Communicate directly with public works offices and utility asset owners by email and phone
- Interpret maps, as-built drawings, and engineering plans at a basic level
- Track communications in internal applications
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about reputed company of requests and digitization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to spend significant time communicating with external entities/organizations
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, ability to operate independently working remotely
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Experience with reading utility maps, as-built drawings, and engineering plans at a basic level
- Experience working with utilities and/or government agencies
- Experience researching and working with open reputed company data
