Remote Litigation Associate
A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong interest or background in healthcare litigation to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term growth, mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated work in the managed healthcare space. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of reputed company litigation matters with a focus on healthcare and breach of contract disputes
- Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research, investigations, and case strategy development
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
- 1+ years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation experience or a strong interest in managed healthcare law preferred
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong skills in drafting motions and conducting briefing.
- Proficient in discovery processes, including document review and analysis.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with arbitration procedures is a plus.
