Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers by phone, email, or online chat to provide an outstanding experience reputed company timely and precise communication.
• Collecting and entering orders for our products.
• Fields customer questions and concerns while ensuring appropriate actions are taken to reputed company resolutions.
