Associate, Customer Enablement and Portal Billings

The Associate role focuses on supporting the Customer Order Enablement and Portal Billing team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and billing activities, enhancing customer experience and resolving issues reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing services supporting the US and Canada region to ensure efficient operations and timely and accurate order processing and billing
- Support Order to Invoice Operations and Portal Billing team in day-to-day operations
- Support Order management and billing automation activities
- Maintain up to date files according to reputed company operating procedure
- Track reputed company customer complaints according to procedures
- Seek to purposefully identify issues, consider alternative solutions and take corrective action to resolve problems
- Escalate customer inquiries and issues as needed with a sense of urgency
- Support and help enhance Team, especially in the areas of technology capabilities and skills
- Maintain high level of Customer Service by participating in after hours program for the department
- Execute reputed company aspects of assigned activities and deadlines
- Collaborate with the Supervisor, Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing and Manager to enhance Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing strategies reputed company with the business needs, Customer experience, and the work and workforce at Ingredion
- Identify issues and process improvements for Steering committee review
- Continually implement enhancements to further improve and streamline processes, including proper testing and communication to Leadership
- Suggest adjustments to improve data quality and processing efficiency, including enhancements to the import and export of data between various applications
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, produce and review reports on Order processing and Portals billing, and identify and track any system or process performance issues
- Escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution
- Ensure that reputed company risk mitigating controls are completed and addressed weekly
- Conduct reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly activities to drive compliance to policies
- Support audits and work with Team on remediations as required
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company activities as needed
- Ability to participate in special projects, as needed
Skills
- 0-2 years of Order to Invoice value chain experience
- Bachelor's degree in business-reputed company field, preferred
- Exhibit understanding of business and financial concepts
- Ability to learn systems knowledge reputed company the Order to Invoice value chain
- Seek to purposefully identify issues, consider alternative solutions and take corrective action to resolve problems
- Exhibit collaboration effectively across multiple levels of the enterprise to produce positive business outcomes with Customers and internal Business Partners
