Market Data Operations Specialist

The Market Data Operations Specialist will execute data integrations, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to enhance data quality and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data integrations across COMM and MM customer segments, managing the complete technical setup and driving strong completion rates quarterly
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive integration, reputed company and ongoing support to ensure high annual retention across smaller account portfolios
- Coordinate technical integration improvements by managing data quality enhancements both at scale and for strategically important customer accounts
- Collaborate with Data and RevOps teams to build early warning systems that flag at-risk integrations and establish reputed company protocols to prevent churn
- Design processes for identifying expansion-ready accounts by spotting high-potential customers reputed company to transition from data-only to full platform adoption
- Craft territory expansion strategies that capture market share in underserved segments and grow Pave's data reputed company among emerging companies
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience with data integrations, APIs, or technical troubleshooting, with ability to communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- 1-2 years in reputed company, account management, or sales roles building trust through hands-on support, proactive reputed company, and reputed company service across multiple accounts
- Experience identifying inefficiencies and building scalable workflows, ideally using tools like CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company), project management software, or data analysis tools
