Junior Project Manager

Karsh Hagan is a company that creates impactful moments for clients and communities through creative storytelling and bold reputed company. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing, branding, and digital projects while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across a variety of marketing, creative, and digital initiatives
• Create and maintain project timelines, status reports, and production schedules, ensuring reputed company deadlines are met
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, including account services, creative, strategy, media, and production
• Monitor project scopes, flagging potential risks or roadblocks
• Attend meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to reputed company teams reputed company
• Work collaboratively with the internal production to reputed company, manage, and traffic final assets. Process includes opening reputed company cards, populating cards with correct and complete information, and managing internal routing and approvals
• Assist in trafficking creative assets and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Manage project management tools (e.g., reputed company and reputed company Suite) to track reputed company and organize agency workflows
• Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or reputed company operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and inherently knowing reputed company to be flexible
• Familiarity with project management operating systems such as reputed company, reputed company, Trello, or Workfront
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and confidence to work independently with ambiguity

• Basic understanding of a creative agency and digital production processes is a plus
