[Remote] Collections Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join its team. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls promptly and professionally to reputed company collections
- Use negotiating and customer service skills to reputed company positive outcomes
- reputed company with reputed company FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles involving public contact
- Ability to accurately enter and update data on company and client systems
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Broadband internet reputed company (no DSL or Dial Up) with hardwired reputed company (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
- Minimum internet speed: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload
- Cameras required to be on during training and as directed during shifts, excluding breaks
