Responsibilities
- Enter fuel supplier invoices and verify proper supporting documentation
- Accurately enter driver fuel delivery orders to prepare for billing
- Ensure driver paperwork aligns with delivery reports and fuel loads are billed to the correct store location
- Maintain organized and accurate records of bills of lading, invoices, and delivery tickets
- Reconcile vendor payments and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with period-end reconciliations and miscellaneous audit activities
- Communicate with stores and drivers to ensure documentation accuracy and resolve issues
Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, or a reputed company role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and reconcile high-volume transactions
- Experience working with invoices, documentation, and financial records
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stores, drivers, vendors, and internal teams

- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Experience with fuel accounting, logistics, or inventory-reputed company billing
- Familiarity with reconciliations, audits, or period-end reputed company processes
