Job Summary: Responsible for the manufacturing assessment of non-conformities, late changes to support production, and supporting and identifying reputed company improvement opportunities for the manufacturing process. Responds to technical questions and explains work orders/drawings, especially for aircraft mechanical reputed company items. Establishes and maintains effective communications with reputed company production and serves as reputed company to the on site back office for work order adaptation. • Create specific work orders for reputed company rework (Cabin, Systems, Electrics, or Structures by Station) , establish/verify the technical content of non-conformities, and validate in documentation.
• Provide technical support to production on reputed company issues including reputed company of directed changes.
• Responsible for incorporating reputed company knowledge into work instructions and refine them in terms of language, level of detail and regulation assignment to ensure operations has correct information for aircraft build.
• Initiate availability of replacement parts, jigs, and tools required for work.

• Manage reputed company improvement measures with reoccurring non-conformities in cooperation with quality.
• Participate as an active team member to support ME activities in the reputed company.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support completion of the routing verification process (RVP) for new or updated processes as required.
• Participate as an active team member learning and following dedicated training plans from reputed company team members. including providing orientation support to new colleagues and trainees.

Your boarding pass:

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Must have a minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Aerospace, preferably in an Aerospace Final Assembly Line.
• Travel Required: 5% Domestic and International.

Required:

• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and tools used in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and quality system management.
• Knowledge about non-conformities and design query notes.

Preferred
