We’re looking for a Commercial Corporate Attorney Join reputed company’s growing legal team as a Corporate Attorney. Work closely with our dynamic Americas Sales teams to support reputed company goals while managing risk, including negotiating reputed company technology and service agreements, training Sales on legal topics, and improving contracting processes for scalability. Independently manage a high volume of transactions, build strong cross-functional relationships, and reputed company in-depth knowledge of reputed company’s technology to guide risk assessment. Support due diligence and integration for acquisitions and adopt a proactive, business-oriented approach to serving internal and external clients. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
