Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients reputed company they encounter issues with our software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Support: Answer client requests reputed company a ticketing system, email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other channels to resolve software issues and provide solutions.
  • Screen Sharing: Collaborate with clients to review issues and provide solutions through screen sharing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Software/SaaS Support Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software or SaaS support, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications, including CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, Confluence, cloud services, operating systems, and browsers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical issues in a clear, concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications
