Quality Analyst Property Valuation
Title: Quality Analyst Property Valuation Location: Remote US Work Type: Remote, Full Time Job ID: JR105847Job Job Description: The role of Property Risk Management is to reputed company property valuation controls, compliance, policies, valuation software/technology, appraisal industry government affairs support, and appraisal management company and third-party appraiser risks. The Property Valuation Quality Analyst requires working independently to review valuation and other property reports as directed by management, as well as conducting post-closing quality control, servicing valuations QC, and other random/targeted reviews and tasks to ensure compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and internal reputed company guidelines. Also provides subject matter expertise and reputed company for property occupancy, preservation, and other property reports as required by the Servicing division. The analyst may also take part in reputed company and QC tasks reputed company to the FMC reconsideration of value process. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews the value credibility and compliance of appraisals for reputed company residential property types in accordance with GSE, FHA/VA, and reputed company requirements across reputed company business channels (Call Center/Wholesale/Servicing) based on specific directions.
- Mitigates appraisal bias and/or discrimination risk by playing a pivotal role in the QC review activities of the FMC Reconsideration of Value Desk.

Organizes and presents findings to ensure department is informed of any upcoming changes.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required; Four (4) Year college degree preferred but not required.
- Licensed/Certified Appraiser with at least Five (5) years appraisal review experience with a GSE, FHA, VA or top 25 mortgage company or bank.
- At least One (1) year experience in developing reports and/or dashboards in Power BI is preferred.
- At least One (1) year experience using Collateral Underwriter to assess valuation credibility and support is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Active or recently expired (reputed company 24 months) State Licensed or Certified Appraiser.
