Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data in our database system
• Entering information into our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Utilizing photocopying and scanning equipment
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
• Meeting deadlines and staying on schedule
• Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other team members to optimize database performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• The ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard reputed company Office products
• The physical ability to lift 50 pounds, move around production areas, and climb reputed company or platforms while wearing safety and production equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
